THE BURDEN OF THE ASSIGNMENT (INTERCESSION)
I want you to know why God made this Clarion call.
The intention of God for the body of Christ is to become a Kingdom that rules, legislates, reigns, and has an extension of God’s will here on earth. Heaven is far from the Earth but it is closer on our knees. Let the kingdom come.
Comrades, God wants us to be Kingdom addicts.
Matthew 6:33
“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
That was Jesus’ statement when he related the mind of the Father to us.
There are great intercessors who have lived and made history; some we know, some we don’t know, who prayed God’s eternal will to reality.
God gets involved in the affairs of men through prayer, that was why He said in Ezekiel 22:30
Ezekiel 22:30
“And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.”
He is still seeking a man. Will you be the faithful and trusted man or woman who will quench the thirst of God in this generation?
- God is tired of Intercessors that waste Divine burden through revelation from the scripture, vision, dreams, etc;
- God is tired of intercessors who receive Divine grace and enablement but produce lesser results;
- God is tired of Intercessors who can’t tarry enough like Moses until they receive their answer.
God is looking for Intercessors who can share His burden, those who truly love the Lord, and their daily living is not denying the work of Calvary.
An intercessor with a team spirit, ready to stand in prayer with others across the globe, to support the hands of Moses in the body of Christ, like Aaron and Hur.
Those who can birth Divine agenda and won’t take the glory – Silent kingdom labourers. A man or woman that can take nations on their knees and bring them to the saving knowledge of Christ through their knees and tears.
He is looking for trained intercessors that will be faithful to the end, and keep standing on their watch.
God needs a kingdom of intercessors that will keep labouring in the place of prayer crying “ABBA FATHER, LET THY KINGDOM COME!”
Will you be that man or woman?
Read through again and again until you understand. A lack of understanding is dangerous in this kind of assignment.
Hebrews 12:1
“Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us”
Can you ask for the spirit of Faithfulness for this assignment?
No one will monitor you if you are interceding or not, but when you have the spirit of Faithfulness, you will do it as unto the Lord no matter the cost.
Secondly, ask God to strengthen your knees.
Hebrews 12:12
“Wherefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees; 12:13 And make straight paths for your feet, lest that which is lame be turned out of the way; but let it rather be healed.”
Teach my hands to war:
Psalms 44:3
“For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them.”
Can you secure the right hand, arm, and favour of the Lord?
Lord, favour for an open heaven and speedy answers.
Let your favour be upon us and let our knees receive the favour of God.
What this training will do for you:
- You will know your position
- You will put the devil in its position
- You will cut away from sin
